About the role

  • Dive deep into our business verticals, with a special focus on Credit products and Revenue/Operating Costs.
  • Identify optimization and innovation opportunities using AI agents to amplify our results.
  • Translate data and technical deliverables into clear, visual, high-impact executive presentations.
  • Present results, metrics, and new solutions directly to leadership, the board, and strategic stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Credit products and Revenue/Operating Costs.
  • Tech-driven: Hands-on experience with AI agents (LLMs, prompt-based automations, or AI frameworks).
  • Programming: Basic knowledge of Python for data manipulation (preferred).
  • Google Workspace: Proficiency in Sheets, Docs, and Slides (focus on visual storytelling).
  • Market background: Previous experience at Financial Institutions (fintechs), preferably in Controllership, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or Revenue Assurance.
  • Hands-on profile & autonomy: Ability to self-manage and proactively solve complex problems without micro-management.
  • Clear communication: Ability to move between technical and strategic (executive) audiences, explaining financial concepts clearly.
  • Intellectual curiosity: Mindset focused on continuous learning of new technologies and productivity tools.
