Content Manager

• Concept, shoot and edit social-first short-form video and still content across TikTok and Instagram. Balancing performance with visually elevated brand storytelling
• Manage and deliver smaller-scale social shoots end-to-end, from shot lists and creator coordination through to content capture
• Turn campaign launches, product moments, retail activations and cultural trends into distinctive, platform-native content
• Step in front of the camera yourself when needed, representing NEOM with warmth, authenticity and energy
• Own our creator ecosystem, building and managing a pipeline of creators and UGC partners, and running the platforms that keep content output scaling
• Brief, contract and manage content creator partnerships from start to finish
• Stay ahead of trends, sounds and formats, applying them thoughtfully to keep NEOM's content feeling fresh and culturally relevant
• Test new creative approaches and AI-enabled tools, sharing platform insights with the wider team
• Support day-to-day social channel management and monthly content calendar planning
• Track content performance regularly, using data and social listening to refine creative direction and improve engagement

Senior Social Content Executive

Social Media Manager

• Plan, create and schedule social content across organic channels, jumping on real-time trends and cultural moments to keep NEOM showing up authentically
• Produce and edit platform-specific content for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook — comfortable both behind and in front of the camera
• Own daily community management across all channels, including our Global Facebook Group and Instagram Broadcast Channel
• Monitor sentiment, track KPIs and feed actionable insights back to the Brand, Product and Marketing teams
• Nurture our most engaged community members and brand advocates, driving meaningful participation and user-generated content
• Plan and host community events in-store and at external venues, supporting influencer experiences in partnership with PR
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, PR, CRM and the Wellbeing Hub to ensure consistency across everything we do

Social Media & Community Executive

• Lead the day-to-day execution of NEOM Wellbeing's US-based content across all NEOM social channels, including content planning, copywriting, and scheduling across organic platforms.
• Shoot, edit, and publish social content — Reels, TikToks, Stories, static posts — that makes the NEOM Wellbeing brand unmissable for US audiences.
• Work alongside the Senior Brand and Content Manager to shape and finalize NEOM Wellbeing's US social strategy, ensuring it is grounded in and aligned with the global social direction.
• Adapt global campaigns for US audiences in close collaboration with the Global Brand and Social team, bringing a social-first US lens to ensure local resonance without losing brand consistency.
• Manage US-based content creator relationships, from briefing and seeding to performance tracking.
• Capture content at US press events, retailer activations (including Ulta), and brand moments in market.
• Build and nurture an engaged US community — responding to comments, DMs, and brand conversations across platforms.
• Track and report on US social KPIs and regularly share US market intelligence and audience insights with the Global Brand and Social team to inform global strategy and planning cycles.
• Collaborate with the US Integrated Marketing team and PR agency to align social activity with launches, campaigns, and commercial priorities.
