About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation for our healthcare management services.
  • Create Social media posts to drive higher brand awareness, post engagement and establish Neolytix as employer of choice.
  • Monitor key sites for Neolytix reviews. Proactively run campaigns to improve Neolytix reputation on online platforms.
  • Plan and execute webinars and virtual events to showcase Neolytix’s expertise and engage with potential clients.
  • Utilize tools to manage and monitor social media campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize based on data-driven insights.
  • Create and run Account based Marketing (ABM) campaigns working with the Sales team.
  • Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to create compelling email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices in B2B healthcare marketing to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of social media and email marketing efforts.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders and influencers within the healthcare industry to amplify our reach and credibility.
  • Stratify & Develop a deep understanding of the target audience and tailor content to their specific needs and pain points.
  • Leverage data and analytics to continually refine and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Foster strong relationships with industry influencers and thought leaders to enhance credibility and reach.
  • Stay current with the latest industry trends and technological advancements to keep marketing efforts innovative and effective.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Journalism or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B social media management and email marketing, with a focus on the US healthcare market.
  • Proven experience in LinkedIn Marketing, including content creation, campaign management, and community engagement.
  • Experience in planning and executing webinars and virtual events.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with social media and email marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as Active Campaign.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and how they apply to social media content.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in US healthcare marketing.
