About the role
- Lead Payer Contract Analytics practice on a fractional basis
- Develop pipeline through network and targeted outreach
- Serve as the senior relationship owner on engagements
- Present findings and guide negotiation strategy
- Identify expansion opportunities
- Direct methodology and quality standards for offshore analytics team
- Review deliverables before client presentation
- Partner with Technical Lead on execution
- Shape offerings and positioning based on market feedback
- Develop referral partnerships and contribute to go-to-market strategy
Requirements
- 15+ years in US healthcare
- Experience with payer contracting, managed care, or provider reimbursement
- Track record in consulting, advisory, or analytics-driven roles
- Experience selling or delivering engagements in the $100K-$500K range
- Existing relationships with health system executives, practice leaders, or PE operating partners
- Ability to translate complex analytics into actionable recommendations
- Comfort overseeing offshore teams and reviewing analytical work
- Strong executive presence
