About the role
- Manage inbound leads from marketing in Dynamics 365: research, qualify, update CRM and maximize conversion
- Prioritize leads, respond quickly and follow up stages of qualification, proposal, contracting
- Write high-conversion emails and execute follow-up sequences
- Lead generation: research and identify potential healthcare clients and target accounts
- Identify decision makers and build relationships to start sales process
- Prepare proposals and quotes; build service solutions and bundled offerings
- Execute outbound outreach via email, cold calls, promotions and coordination with marketing
- Answer customer service requests via phone, email or chat and log/action requests
- Work with VP Sales and Marketing to create monthly promotions and promote services/partnerships
Requirements
- Native English fluency and neutral English accent (mandatory)
- B2B sales experience selling to healthcare providers
- Experience in a sales function with excellent customer service skills
- Extraordinary organization and time management skills
- Ability to organize sales pipeline, prioritize leads and execute consistent follow-through
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 or other CRM systems
- Ability to create compelling pitch decks and presentations in PowerPoint
- Ability to report and analyze basic sales pipeline data in Excel
- Highly conversant with Microsoft Office & Teams
- Understanding of US healthcare and its workings
- Excellent customer service & relationship management skills
- Strong prospecting skills: web research, networking, cold calling
- Experience with solutioning and applying 3rd party technology apps
- Ability to prepare proposals, quotes and drive deals to closure
- Undergraduate degree in Business, CS or Marketing preferred
