About the role
- Inside sales role handling inbound and outbound leads for healthcare services.
- Manage inbound leads in Dynamics 365 CRM; research, qualify and follow up to conversion.
- Lead generation and outbound prospecting: research potential clients, identify decision makers, cold call/email, build relationship.
- Prepare proposals, quotes, create service solutions and bundle services for clients.
- Answer customer service requests via phone, email, chat and log/action requests.
- Work with VP-Sales and Marketing on monthly promotions and service-specific campaigns.
- Use email, phone, follow-ups to push leads through qualification, proposal, contracting and closing stages.
Requirements
- Native English fluency and neutral English accent is mandatory.
- B2B Sales experience selling to Healthcare providers.
- Experience in sales function and extraordinary customer service skills.
- Ability to organize sales pipeline, prioritize leads and execute consistent follow through.
- Solution mindset and excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Familiar with Dynamics 365 or any other CRM system.
- Strong multi tasker and highly developed time management skills.
- Create compelling pitch decks and presentations in Powerpoint.
- Can report and analyze basic sales pipeline data in Excel.
- Highly conversant with Microsoft Office & Teams Communications.
- Understanding of US healthcare and its workings.
- Excellent Customer service & relationship management skills.
- Customer Relationship Management skills, Presentation Skills, Communication Skills, Business Writing, Solutioning.
- Great prospecting skills by leveraging web research, networking and cold calling.
- Can run with deals and drive them to a closure.
- Undergraduate degree in Business, CS or Marketing preferred.
