About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You develop data-driven content strategies, optimize landing pages and funnels, and use persuasive content to ensure our products reach their full potential.
  • You create creative concepts that effectively align target audience, brand values, and funnel objectives.
  • You oversee the production of static creatives and videos, act as the briefing partner for UGC, design & media buying, and contribute your expertise during brainstorming sessions.
  • You analyze campaign data (e.g., CTR, ROAS, etc.), derive concrete actions, and systematically set up tests (A/B, multivariate) for continuous improvement.
  • You serve as a strategic sparring partner, facilitate strategy calls, present learnings, and collaborate closely with Performance, Design & UGC teams.
  • You monitor current trends, identify new opportunities in the creative space, and proactively introduce innovative ideas, formats, or frameworks.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Design, Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Ideally, you have at least 2–4 years of experience developing and executing creative performance campaigns, preferably in a D2C or e‑commerce environment.
  • You think strategically and creatively, can interpret complex brand and audience insights, and translate them into effective creative strategies.
  • You write hooks and scripts that convert and can adapt to the language and tone of our clients’ target audiences like a chameleon.
  • You are familiar with campaign analysis and have experience with A/B testing or similar methods to optimize creatives based on data.
  • You work closely with media buying, design, project management and clients, ensuring a smooth flow of information.
