Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Sr. Program Director in project planning, execution, and delivery
Manage day-to-day project activities and cross-functional teams
Assess risks and prepare reports
Maintain project documentation and logs
Track project progress against schedule, scope, and budget
Prepare status reports and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders
Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies
Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders and team members
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
Assist with resource scheduling and vendor coordination
Lead the project in the PM’s absence

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
PMP certification is REQUIRED
3–5+ years of project coordination or management experience in the Government Tolling/Transportation Industry is REQUIRED
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of project management methodologies
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence/Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional organizational, analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and accuracy are necessary for this job
Ability to influence without authority and build strong working relationships.
