• Support the Sr. Program Director in project planning, execution, and delivery
• Manage day-to-day project activities and cross-functional teams
• Assess risks and prepare reports
• Maintain project documentation and logs
• Track project progress against schedule, scope, and budget
• Prepare status reports and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders
• Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies
• Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders and team members
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
• Assist with resource scheduling and vendor coordination
• Lead the project in the PM’s absence
