About the role
- Own the numbers: build, validate, and document cost models
- Be the challenger: question inputs, test assumptions
- Translate complexity: turn RFPs, milestone tables, and risk registers into clear financial outputs
- Collaborate widely: partner with engineering, supply chain, contracts, and program management
- Grow fast: shadow the VP in reviews, then present estimates to senior leadership
- Improve the system: help refine templates, tools, and processes
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in cost estimating, pricing, or financial analysis
- Strong Excel skills
- A curious, critical mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field is preferred
- Comfort with deadlines and shifting priorities
- Bonus points for ERP/CRM familiarity (NetSuite, Salesforce) or experience with international RFPs.
