About the role

  • Gather requirements from clients in the LATAM, USA and/or Europe regions;
  • Coordinate with clients to clarify implementation stages;
  • Map and understand client needs;
  • Learn the standard implementation patterns of the solutions;
  • Provide technical support to clients during implementation;
  • Perform system configurations and parameterizations;
  • Monitor product implementation alongside the client;
  • Deliver training to internal audiences and clients remotely and/or in person;
  • Drive user adoption of the solution;
  • Prepare documentation, timelines, kick-off presentations, and action plans.

Requirements

  • Available to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo, SP or Joinville, SC;
  • Fluent Spanish;
  • Intermediate Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, conditional formulas);
  • Sense of urgency and time management;
  • Customer service experience;
  • Negotiation fundamentals/skills;
  • Good written and verbal communication;
  • Teamwork;
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (in progress or completed);
  • Nice to have:
  • Advanced English;
  • Experience in any part of the supply chain.
