About the role
- Gather requirements from clients
- Align with clients to clarify implementation stages
- Map and understand client needs
- Learn and follow solution implementation standards
- Provide technical support to clients during implementation
- Perform system configurations and parameterizations
- Monitor product implementation with the client
- Conduct training for internal teams and clients
- Drive user adoption of the solution
- Prepare documentation, schedules, kick-off presentations, and action plans.
Requirements
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Experience in customer service/support
- Basic negotiation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field (in progress or completed)
- Intermediate English and/or Spanish is a plus
- Knowledge of Supply Chain (supply chain management)
