About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform audits of clients' commercial actions, ensuring activities are carried out in accordance with policy
  • Review and verify documents uploaded into the system, validating their compliance
  • Help identify and track outstanding documentation
  • Distribute and monitor status reports of completed validations
  • Advise clients on necessary adjustments and regularizations
  • Conduct follow-up meetings to align on outstanding items and next steps
  • Assist in organizing information and operational controls
  • Resolve simple inconsistencies and contribute to continuous process improvement
  • Provide training to enable users to use the commercial action verification feature

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Excel
  • Experience in customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills and effective time management
  • Proactivity and ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to adapt easily to change and new challenges
  • Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks
