About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide financial support online, by phone and via chat
- Respond to customer tickets, providing support related to invoices, boletos (payment slips) and other financial requests
- Perform initial triage of financial tickets, routing them to the appropriate analysts
- Support the Billing team with simple, quick-execution tasks
Requirements

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with diverse colleagues
- Responsibility and commitment to tasks and deadlines
- Organized in managing workload and priorities
- Openness to learn new processes and tools
- Attention to detail and care in task execution
- Proactive attitude, with initiative to identify opportunities and seek solutions
- Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel and email (considered a plus)
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools (a plus)
