About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a strategic finance partner for business area and back-office managers
  • Support the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts
  • Develop ad-hoc analyses and financial models to inform decision-making
  • Design and optimize FP&A processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in FP&A, Controllership or Corporate Finance
  • Experience with budgeting processes
  • Advanced Excel and familiarity with BI tools
  • Clear and effective communication
  • Business-oriented analytical skills
  • Proactive, autonomous and results-oriented
  • Nice to have: Experience in technology companies, SaaS or other recurring-revenue businesses; experience as a finance business partner; postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controllership or Strategic Management; experience with automation tools
