About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work on Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects and provide operational support
Contribute to the continuous evolution of the Dynamics environment
Develop functional specifications, technical documentation, solution validations and acceptance tests
Monitor incidents, service requests and project-related demands for the system
Guide key users and internal teams on functionality and process changes
Troubleshoot system-related issues and incidents
Assist business areas in defining requirements and mapping processes
Support integrations with other systems and help manage deployments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (functional configuration, parameterization and ongoing support)
Incident analysis and resolution (triage, reproducing scenarios, log analysis and root cause analysis)
Knowledge of Brazil localization for D365 (e.g., NF-e, CT-e, MDF-e, SPED, taxes, CFOP, ICMS/IPI/ISS)
Basic knowledge of X++ and extensions
Soft skills: analytical thinking and end-to-end process perspective; organization and prioritization; proactivity; collaboration within multidisciplinary teams
Experience with integrations using Microsoft ecosystem APIs (plus)
Knowledge of Power Platform and Power BI (plus)
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (ERP) (plus)
