About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work on the development, maintenance, and evolution of strategic business solutions
- Analyze processes, propose improvements, and implement solutions
- Act as a technical reference for the Dynamics 365 platform
- Analyze, design, and implement solutions in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
- Customize and develop using X++
- Gather requirements from business areas
- Translate functional needs into technical solutions
- Implement integrations with external systems
- Support testing, deployments, and post-go-live support
- Ensure development best practices and governance
- Work on incident resolution and continuous improvement
- Support and mentor more junior team members
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
- Strong proficiency in X++ development
- Experience in business process modeling (finance, supply chain, etc.)
- Knowledge of integrations (APIs, services)
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with business stakeholders
- Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365 F&O) – a plus
- Knowledge of Power Platform – a plus
