About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead negotiations from first contact through to closing;
- Operate autonomously to make commercial decisions;
- Conduct discovery, proposal, and closing meetings;
- Understand the metrics behind actions and recommend adjustments;
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams;
- Share learnings and propose improvements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven track record in active prospecting and closing deals, preferably in technology or SaaS;
- Consistent performance: more than short-term peaks, we seek someone with sustainable delivery and commercial predictability;
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems;
- Experience monitoring metrics and analyzing performance (sales KPIs);
- Problem-solver mindset;
- Experience with sales methodologies: SPIN, SPICED, Challenger Sale;
- Effective communication with peers and cross-functional teams;
- Availability for a hybrid setup in São Paulo or Joinville, with on-site presence twice a week.
