About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and execute inbound content strategies aligned with demand generation, brand awareness, and brand positioning goals
- Provide strategic insights based on data (content performance, audience behavior, and market trends)
- Create rich, multi-format content (articles, landing pages, e-books, case studies, scripts, emails, social posts) focused on conversion, SEO, and the customer journey
- Monitor performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion, MQLs)
- Advise internal stakeholders (marketing, product, sales) on content best practices
- Identify and close content gaps throughout the funnel
- Support development and evolution of the inbound strategy
- Assist in managing vendors and freelancers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience planning and executing inbound content strategies across top, middle, and bottom of funnel
- Experience producing rich, conversational content
- Editorial calendar management and integrated collaboration with marketing, product, and sales teams
- Knowledge of SEO (on-page and keyword research)
- Conversion-focused copywriting
- Structuring landing pages and nurture flows
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., RD Station, HubSpot, or similar)
- Content metrics analysis
- Understanding of the customer journey and sales funnel
- CRO (conversion rate optimization)
- UX writing
- Content distribution (social, email, paid media)
- Data literacy and interpretation (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Soft skills: analytical thinking, organization and priority management, strong stakeholder communication, proactivity
