About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct outbound prospecting, identifying and qualifying potential clients in target markets
  • Use multichannel approaches (email, phone, LinkedIn, events, ABM, etc.) with structured and personalized cadences
  • Create and validate strategic lead lists based on ICPs and priority segments
  • Nurture leads with strategic, personalized follow-ups
  • Provide continuous feedback to marketing, product, and the Business Managers team regarding objections, demands, and lead fit
  • Operate CRMs and prospecting tools (HubSpot, Sales Navigator, etc.)
  • Manage pipeline accurately, updating contacts, statuses, and notes in a disciplined manner
  • Create and refine cadences, scripts, and templates with a focus on conversion
  • Work together with our sales team to generate business opportunities
  • Contribute to achieving team results.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Hands-on experience as a BDR
  • Proven track record of meeting targets (SQLs, qualified meetings, pipeline generated)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in multichannel outbound prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn)
  • Ability to conduct discovery calls and understand customer pains and needs
  • Previous experience selling B2B products or services, especially SaaS
  • Proactivity
  • Resilience to handle adverse situations
  • Autonomy to manage your own processes
  • Organizational skills to handle multiple daily demands
  • Commitment to meeting established targets
  • Plus: Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and Sales Navigator.
