About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct outbound prospecting, identifying and qualifying potential clients in target markets
- Use multichannel approaches (email, phone, LinkedIn, events, ABM, etc.) with structured and personalized cadences
- Create and validate strategic lead lists based on ICPs and priority segments
- Nurture leads with strategic, personalized follow-ups
- Provide continuous feedback to marketing, product, and the Business Managers team regarding objections, demands, and lead fit
- Operate CRMs and prospecting tools (HubSpot, Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Manage pipeline accurately, updating contacts, statuses, and notes in a disciplined manner
- Create and refine cadences, scripts, and templates with a focus on conversion
- Work together with our sales team to generate business opportunities
- Contribute to achieving team results.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on experience as a BDR
- Proven track record of meeting targets (SQLs, qualified meetings, pipeline generated)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in multichannel outbound prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Ability to conduct discovery calls and understand customer pains and needs
- Previous experience selling B2B products or services, especially SaaS
- Proactivity
- Resilience to handle adverse situations
- Autonomy to manage your own processes
- Organizational skills to handle multiple daily demands
- Commitment to meeting established targets
- Plus: Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and Sales Navigator.
