About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop predictive and prescriptive models using machine learning techniques
- Explore and analyze data to generate strategic insights
- Build data pipelines and features for modeling
- Collaborate with business areas to understand problems and propose data-driven solutions
- Validate, test, and monitor models in production
- Communicate results clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Contribute to the evolution of data architecture and best practices.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience in Data Science / Machine Learning
- Proficiency in Python and SQL; libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow are also relevant
- Familiarity with REST APIs and system integration
- Knowledge of data engineering and handling large volumes of data
- Analytical thinking and results orientation
- Good communication with technical and business teams
- Ability to work in dynamic environments and with ambiguity
- Proactivity and sense of ownership
- Practical experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, or open-source models) is a plus
- Experience with embeddings and semantic search (vector databases) is a plus
- Experience with LangChain, CrewAI, Google ADK is a plus
- Experience building multi-agent and autonomous systems is a plus
- Experience with model evaluation (LLM evaluation, guardrails, safety) is a plus
- Experience producing bots using Copilot is a plus
- Experience with Huawei Cloud is a plus
- Experience with event-driven architectures or microservices is a plus
- Knowledge of data governance and information security is a plus
- Experience with AI observability tools is a plus
