Key responsibilities & impact

Develop predictive and prescriptive models using machine learning techniques
Explore and analyze data to generate strategic insights
Build data pipelines and features for modeling
Collaborate with business areas to understand problems and propose data-driven solutions
Validate, test, and monitor models in production
Communicate results clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Contribute to the evolution of data architecture and best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience in Data Science / Machine Learning
Proficiency in Python and SQL; libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow are also relevant
Familiarity with REST APIs and system integration
Knowledge of data engineering and handling large volumes of data
Analytical thinking and results orientation
Good communication with technical and business teams
Ability to work in dynamic environments and with ambiguity
Proactivity and sense of ownership
Practical experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, or open-source models) is a plus
Experience with embeddings and semantic search (vector databases) is a plus
Experience with LangChain, CrewAI, Google ADK is a plus
Experience building multi-agent and autonomous systems is a plus
Experience with model evaluation (LLM evaluation, guardrails, safety) is a plus
Experience producing bots using Copilot is a plus
Experience with Huawei Cloud is a plus
Experience with event-driven architectures or microservices is a plus
Knowledge of data governance and information security is a plus
Experience with AI observability tools is a plus
