About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and maintain innovative solutions
Participate in system architecture
Develop and maintain high-quality code, ensuring scalability, security, and performance
Troubleshoot complex issues and perform code reviews
Stay up to date with technology trends and propose adoption of new technologies and best practices
Develop and maintain systems using Java, Spring Boot, JSP, React, Docker, etc.
Participate in code refactoring and SQL query optimization
Actively participate in the code review process to protect the team’s code and standards
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Develop tests and testing pipelines.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Prior experience developing high-complexity systems
Experience in Java and JavaScript development
Experience and solid knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.)
Strong programming language knowledge
Experience in system design and architecture
Problem-solving and debugging skills
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
Proactivity to identify issues and propose improvements
Ability to evaluate and adopt new technologies strategically
Knowledge of React is a plus.
