About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and maintain innovative solutions
- Participate in system architecture
- Develop and maintain high-quality code, ensuring scalability, security, and performance
- Troubleshoot complex issues and perform code reviews
- Stay up to date with technology trends and propose adoption of new technologies and best practices
- Develop and maintain systems using Java, Spring Boot, JSP, React, Docker, etc.
- Participate in code refactoring and SQL query optimization
- Actively participate in the code review process to protect the team’s code and standards
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Develop tests and testing pipelines.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior experience developing high-complexity systems
- Experience in Java and JavaScript development
- Experience and solid knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong programming language knowledge
- Experience in system design and architecture
- Problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
- Proactivity to identify issues and propose improvements
- Ability to evaluate and adopt new technologies strategically
- Knowledge of React is a plus.
