About the role

  • Assist in building the budget
  • Update recurring financial reports (actual vs. budgeted)
  • Collect and organize data from different departments
  • Support basic variance analyses
  • Prepare dashboards and presentations
  • Support financial close activities (interface with accounting)
  • Ensure consistency and quality of datasets

Requirements

  • Degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
  • 1–2 years of experience in FP&A, Controllership, Accounting, or Corporate Finance
  • Advanced Excel and proficiency with BI tools (Power BI)
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Clear and concise communication
  • Proactivity, autonomy, and results-oriented mindset
  • A plus: Experience in technology companies, SaaS, or businesses with recurring revenue models
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and reporting automation tools
