About the role

  • Work strategically on product design, ensuring an intuitive and efficient user experience
  • Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design decisions meet both user needs and business objectives
  • Turn research insights and data into visual and interactive solutions, creating wireframes, prototypes and interfaces aligned with the company's design system
  • Conduct and interpret usability research and user interviews, translating findings into product improvements
  • Oversee front-end development, ensuring adherence to design and adjusting solutions as needed
  • Define and monitor success metrics, proposing improvements based on data
  • Collaborate on the evolution of the Design System, ensuring visual consistency and scalability of components
  • Ensure knowledge management and dissemination through clear documentation and by sharing learnings with the team
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on Product Design techniques, trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in Product Design, with hands-on work creating digital interfaces and user experiences
  • Proficiency in Figma or similar tools for prototyping and documentation
  • Experience planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews, usability testing and data analysis
  • Ability to work with design, product and technology teams, collaborating with other designers, developers and PMs
  • Strong communication skills, autonomy and proactivity, with the ability to justify design decisions
  • Analytical capability to interpret usage data and turn insights into actions
  • Attention to detail, ensuring consistency and quality of design deliverables
  • Ability to adapt to different types of systems and products
  • Familiarity with corporate systems and tools such as Jira, Confluence or other task and documentation management platforms
  • Experience with B2B systems and digital products (data visualization, enterprise platforms or SaaS is a plus)
