About the role
- Contribute to the onboarding of new customers for Planning and Replenishment solutions
- Support the integration and onboarding process for new clients
- Assist with client communication
- Collaborate with internal teams to support solution delivery
- Assist in understanding client requirements
- Support technical activities related to the technology
- Help organize tasks, deadlines and documentation for onboarding projects
- Participate in project implementation stages
- Assist in creating and monitoring project indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university degree program (Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, Logistics or related fields)
- Interest in customer service, consulting or related areas
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Interest in learning about system and process implementation
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate in multidisciplinary environments
- Good organization and time-management skills
- Proactive, eager to learn, solve problems and continuously improve
- Genuine interest in client relationships and delivering an excellent customer experience
- Intermediate English (desired)
- Basic knowledge of or willingness to learn SQL/PostgreSQL and Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) (desired)
- Participation in academic projects or a junior enterprise (desired)
