About the role

  • Work on processes, governance, and operations of the Customer Success team;
  • Contribute to process compliance and governance, documentation, and the implementation of improvements with a special focus on the Customer Success team;
  • Develop processes that support the customer journey and drive operational efficiency;
  • Monitor performance indicators, internal audits, and action plans to mitigate risks;
  • Advise the Customer Success area on governance best practices and process standardization;
  • Resolve challenges for the Customer Success team, addressing gaps or inconsistencies identified in audits;
  • Assist in the implementation of management tools and process automation;
  • Support the execution of continuous improvement projects and innovation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience with process mapping tools, project management and governance methodologies, and intermediate to advanced Excel.
  • Knowledge of the sales journey, customer success, and customer experience (end-to-end customer journey).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft tools and CRM systems.
  • Basic knowledge of process auditing, risk management, and agile methodologies.
  • Soft skills: analytical ability, strong communication, organization, proactivity, teamwork, and systems thinking.
  • Nice-to-have: experience with process automation; experience with Power BI; knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM, Dynamics 365 ERP, HubSpot, and Sensedata.
