About the role
- Hold meetings with retailers to understand their content strategy and present opportunities to improve product listings
- Compile retailers' information to support decision-making
- Monitor the client's Perfect Store progress by retailer
- Assist retailers, when possible and necessary, by creating images and spreadsheets with the data they need for updates
- Update information on the retailer's platform when available
- Influence retailers to implement content improvements based on your knowledge of the client's brands
- Conduct training sessions on Placeholder and integrations for retailers
- Update the integrations/auto-update permission tracking spreadsheet, coordinating with the Operations team
- Send content integration documentation
Requirements
- Previous experience in client/customer service
- Clear and assertive communication, both written and verbal
- Strong sense of prioritization and good time management
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (will be assessed during the selection process)
