About the role

  • Lead the product lifecycle responsible for consolidating all of Neogrid's current products into a single, unified customer experience
  • Maintain a product roadmap that communicates the planning for the product's overall strategy
  • Drive the product discovery process
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure the product is built efficiently and with high quality
  • Manage releases, measure outcomes, and iterate based on data
  • Define metrics and perform measurements to demonstrate value
  • Prioritize, evaluate, and order opportunities, backlog items, features, and tasks
  • Ensure alignment with the company's strategic plan
  • Manage scopes: define and control what is included and excluded from the scheduled scope
  • Analyze and document product requirements
  • Apply Agile methods to plan, execute, and review product development work
  • Ensure necessary alignments to deliver the expected results for OKRs
  • Lead teams by influence and conduct operational and executive meetings
  • Keep all teams and stakeholders updated on project progress

Requirements

  • Previous experience building value journeys for new products using PLG (Product-Led Growth)
  • Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple tasks or activities concurrently
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change and new information, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals
  • Knowledge of digital product management processes
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of usability principles and best practices
  • Knowledge of project management
  • Strong logical reasoning skills
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Advanced English
