About the role

  • Assist with the integration and onboarding of new customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, understanding their needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, leading the implementation process
  • Apply Supply Chain knowledge to understand customers' specific requirements
  • Use technical skills in technology, including SQL/PostgreSQL, to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Stay organized and manage time efficiently to complete tasks and projects
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement in onboarding processes

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service (consulting or a related role is a plus)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in systems implementation
  • Knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL and experience with Microsoft tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving problems
  • Passion for customer relationships and delivering excellent service
  • Willingness to travel and visit clients
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain is a plus
  • Intermediate English is a plus
