About the role

  • Maintain a product roadmap that communicates the planning of the overall product strategy
  • Lead the product's technical discovery process
  • Define metrics and perform measurements to demonstrate value
  • Prioritize, evaluate, and rank opportunities, backlog items, features, and tasks
  • Manage scopes; define and control what is and is not included in the planned scope
  • Analyze requirements: identify and assess all possible scenarios
  • Document product requirements
  • Apply agile methods to plan, execute, and review product development work
  • Cascade OKRs across squads
  • Manage teams by influence and lead meetings
  • Keep all teams and stakeholders updated on project progress

Requirements

  • Familiarity with APIs, databases, microservices, cloud platforms, and scalability concepts
  • Technical background, comfortable understanding algorithms
  • Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple tasks or activities concurrently
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes and new information, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of digital product management processes
  • Strong logical reasoning skills
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • Intermediate English
