About the role
- Conduct outbound prospecting, identifying and qualifying potential customers in target markets
- Use multichannel approaches (email, phone, LinkedIn, events, ABM, etc.) with structured, personalized cadences
- Create and validate strategic lead lists based on ICPs and priority segments
- Nurture leads with strategic, personalized follow-ups
- Provide continuous feedback to marketing and product teams regarding objections, demands, and lead fit
- Operate CRMs and prospecting tools (HubSpot, Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Manage pipeline accurately by updating contacts, statuses, and notes in a disciplined manner
- Create and adjust cadences, scripts, and templates focused on conversion
Requirements
- Proven experience as a BDR
- Consistent track record of meeting targets (SQLs, qualified meetings, pipeline generated)
- Experience in multichannel outbound prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using HubSpot CRM
- Ability to conduct discovery calls and understand customer pains and needs
- Previous experience selling B2B products or services, especially SaaS
- Experience with Retail *plus*
