About the role
- Ensure governance and consistency of performance and goal management
- Design and implement the methodology for corporate and people goal management
- Structure and monitor the goal-cascading model across areas
- Maintain governance of goal-setting and results routines
- Connect business and individual goals to variable compensation structures
- Consolidate performance data and KPIs into executive dashboards
- Lead and improve AVD, AVL and PDI cycles (e.g., performance reviews and individual development plans)
- Support HRBPs and leadership in interpreting results
- Generate insights and correlations between performance and engagement
- Integrate goal, AVD, AVL and variable compensation data
- Partner with the People Analytics team
Requirements
- Availability to work on-site at our São Paulo office
- Bachelor’s degree (Administration, Psychology, Engineering, Economics or related fields)
- Solid experience in performance management, goals, OKRs, KPIs and People Analytics
- Knowledge of performance and compensation tools
- Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset
- Clear, executive-level communication
- Curiosity, discipline and a results-oriented profile
