About the role

  • Lead end-to-end strategic, high-complexity recruitment processes.
  • Organize, prioritize and manage a high volume of openings with pace and quality.
  • Build and maintain structured talent pipelines, anticipating future needs.
  • Conduct senior-level hunting with a consultative approach and value-based storytelling.
  • Act as a strategic partner to leaders, supporting profile definition, prioritization and hiring decisions.
  • Produce clear, actionable analyses to support hiring decisions.
  • Influence the evolution of recruitment processes, practices, tools and governance.
  • Support development and serve as a technical reference for other team members.
  • Ensure a high-quality experience for candidates and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience with end-to-end recruitment for strategic and/or high-complexity roles.
  • Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
  • Experience working directly with senior and executive leaders.
  • Proficiency with advanced TA metrics (funnel, SLA, hire quality, efficiency).
  • Experience in technology and/or complex business environments.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for decisions and results.
  • Clear, confident and consultative communication, including in complex scenarios.
  • Ability to read context and prioritize strategically.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a systemic business perspective.
  • Organization, discipline and focus on completion.
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships with leaders and talent.
  • Experience with ATS and sourcing tools (Gupy, InHire, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo, Joinville or Florianópolis.
