About the role
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple areas (Commercial, Tech, Corporate, and other business areas).
- Conduct market mapping and perform strategic sourcing (hunting).
- Build and nurture relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure a smooth and respectful candidate experience for all applicants.
- Organize and prioritize a high volume of openings while maintaining pace and quality.
- Produce analyses to support hiring decisions.
- Contribute to improving recruitment practices, routines, and tools.
Requirements
- Experience with high-volume end-to-end recruitment and selection.
- Expertise in sourcing and/or market mapping.
- Knowledge of competency-based selection methodologies (such as STAR, Learning Agility, etc.).
- Analytical ability to create and analyze TA data (funnel, SLA, volume).
- Experience working in a technology company.
- Ability to communicate clearly and with empathy.
- Ownership of deliverables and comfort with autonomy.
- Experience with ATS tools (Gupy, InHire, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo, Joinville, or Florianópolis.
