About the role
- Lead and motivate project teams by fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Coordinate internal and third-party resources to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and implement detailed project plans to track progress, and measure performance using appropriate systems and techniques.
- Implement a change control process to evaluate and approve scope changes.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication of project updates, scope changes, and risk factors.
- Regularly monitor and report on the progress of all active projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or 2+ years of experience in project management and/or leadership roles.
- Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with project management software to plan, track, and manage project timelines, tasks, and resources.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for data analysis, reporting, and document management.
