About the role
- Act as the functional lead on Salesforce implementations, owning solution design and platform configuration strategy
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions using clicks, not code
- Lead client discovery sessions and workshops to uncover business needs and identify gaps
- Serve as the Experience Cloud expert, designing and configuring partner and customer-facing portals
- Guide solutioning efforts across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Partner with Business Analysts and QA teams to ensure testable user stories, acceptance criteria, and platform best practices
- Present platform capabilities to clients in a relatable, non-technical way
- Review configurations and solution design to ensure adherence to best practices
- Support pre-sales and scoping discussions when needed, especially for Experience Cloud deals
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce consulting experience
- Proven track record delivering Salesforce Experience Cloud implementations
- Strong familiarity with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Comfortable configuring Salesforce using out-of-the-box tools: flows, page layouts, record types, permission sets, etc.
- Strong facilitator with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with business stakeholders at various levels
- Salesforce certifications preferred: Experience Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Administrator
- Bonus: Experience in high-tech or subscription-based industries
