Requirements
- 2-4 years in business consulting or consulting experience
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Experience building client relationships
- Strong communication skills with business stakeholders
- Business process focused
- Business writing skills/requirements, user stories
- Demonstrates business acumen and problem-solving skills
- Proven SFDC skills and hands-on knowledge
- Ability to configure declarative solutions in SFDC for core domains (Sales, Service)
- A keen interest in tech and big-thinking problem-solving acumen/desire
- Motivation for growth and developing hard and soft skills
- Been an active contributor on Salesforce implementation projects
- Able to quickly translate business issues to SF/CRM tech capabilities/needs
- Excels at capturing workshop notes & use tools proficiently to produce high-quality assets that are valuable
- Collaborates well with others, see validity in opinions, and challenge norms from a position of confidence or emerging authority
- Communicate confidently and well in my team and with clients
