Key responsibilities & impact

Lead multiple concurrent projects while coordinating teams across onshore and offshore locations
Cultivate a supportive environment that encourages teamwork and knowledge sharing
Model solutions-oriented leadership
Develop comprehensive internal and customer facing project artifacts including Jira backlogs, weekly reports, risk assessments, and Gantt charts
Ensure timely delivery within scope and budget for numerous concurrent projects
Monitor key performance indicators for schedule adherence, margins, and customer satisfaction
Facilitate project close procedures with lessons learned and process improvements
Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities with the engagement team

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–8+ years experience managing mid-to-large or complex engagements autonomously
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field preferred
PMP, Agile, or relevant certifications strongly preferred
Familiarity with Professional Services Automation tools (PSA), ideally Certinia
Demonstrated ability to manage and cultivate consulting teams and customer relationships
Strong track record of effective communication and collaboration skills when partnering with cross-functional teams (sales, sales engineering, support, legal, and HR)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation abilities.
