About the role
- Own end-to-end campaign workflows from strategy brief to launch — translating briefs into structured project plans with clear owners, deadlines, and deliverable tracking across all activations
- Maintain near-term and quarterly visibility across active programs; proactively surface blockers, risks, and timeline slippage with proposed solutions for leadership
- Own and optimize project management tools, build campaign Standard Operating Procedure and playbooks, and maintain organized documentation across gDrive, DAM, and Slack so materials are audit-ready and easy to find, and structured for AI consumption, ensuring data integrity and naming conventions support automated workflows and tools
- Monitor the campaign production pipeline — tracking handoffs and friction points — and leverage AI and automation tools to streamline intake and cross-functional workflows
- Own day-to-day agency relationships — ensuring SOWs are executed and aligned with legal requirements before work begins, tracking spend against budget, and holding agencies accountable to deliverables, timelines, and quality standards
- Serve as the primary operational partner for all campaign channel owners across Content, Product Marketing, Creative, Web, Paid Media, Marketing Ops, Communications, and Field Marketing — ensuring briefs are complete, deadlines are met, and ultimately aligned to the campaign strategy
- Proactively drive consistent stakeholder communications and run recurring status check-ins so both the working team and leadership have clear visibility into campaign health without having to chase it
- Bring a strategic lens to campaign planning — flagging opportunities in timing, sequencing, and momentum; identifying patterns across campaigns to inform how programs evolve
- Maintain real-time visibility into campaign health metrics (on-time delivery, cycle times, pipeline pacing) and coordinate with Strategy and Ops to ensure performance data flows into exec-level dashboards

- Builder mindset — energized by designing processes, not just following them
- Growth-oriented contributor who brings strategic instincts to the table — proactively flagging opportunities to optimize timing, approaches, and build bigger-picture outcomes.
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with some ambiguity, adjusting to business changes and challenges with flexibility
- Experience with tools like Asana, Marketo, Tableau, Claude, ChatGPT, or other efficiency tools a plus
