Confidently articulate the business and technical value of Neo4j to customers and prospects
Actively drive and run the technology evaluation stage of the sales cycles
Manage day-to-day activities such as opportunity qualification, technical discovery, presentations, and demonstrations
Build and nurture rapport with customer stakeholders at all levels
Co-create reference and solution architectures with our customers
Stay current on latest Neo4j capabilities and integrations
Distill and communicate customer needs and product feedback to various teams
Help drive demand through participation in account-based marketing events
Lead by example and foster an environment of teamwork and creativity
Travel as needed to assist in deal creation and closure

Requirements

5+ years of customer-facing experience in a similar capacity (Sales/Presales/Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, etc)
Experience working with different data technologies in either of the following areas: enterprise data architecture, data analytics, data science or cloud data architecture
Working knowledge of graph databases (Neo4j, TigerGraph, OrientDB, JanusGraph, etc) - a strong plus!
Hands-on experience and proficiency with relational (SQL) and/or NoSQL databases
Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, C#
Familiarity with GenAI, LLM’s and Agentic AI a plus
Successful track record in designing, developing, and implementing data solutions in the public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or on-premise
Ability to engage and communicate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
Technical savviness and business acumen to translate technical concepts and patterns into valuable business outcomes
Passion for learning new technologies (especially graphs!)
