About the role
- Own and execute core HR operations processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, job changes, data management, etc.)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data across systems, including BambooHR and Paylocity, and own dashboard maintenance
- Ensure HR processes are followed consistently, with a focus on accuracy and reliability
- Manage HR reporting, identifying and resolving data discrepancies through regular audits while supporting ongoing compliance efforts
- Manage operational aspects of immigration, data reporting, and compliance processes, including coordination with employees, internal stakeholders, and external counsel
- Partner cross-functionally with teams such as Recruiting, Finance, legal, and IT to support day-to-day people operations
- Own and execute people-related projects, ensuring strong execution and timely delivery
- Collaborate with internal systems stakeholders to improve workflows and data quality
- Serve as a reliable and approachable resource for employees and managers, handling HR-related questions with sound judgment and professionalism
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy while keeping stakeholders informed and aligned
- Take ownership of day-to-day operational responsibilities, ensuring consistency, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Contribute to overall team effectiveness by supporting shared priorities and collaborating closely with team members and cross-functionally
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Ops, or HR Generalist roles. Experience in a small to mid-sized technology company is a plus
- Strong experience with BambooHR and Paylocity (highly preferred)
- Familiarity with tools like Greenhouse, Jira, and Google Workspaces (highly preferred)
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and exercise sound judgment
