About the role
- Serve as the primary global point of contact for the Microsoft partnerships
- Develop and execute a joint strategic plan that aligns Neo4j’s and Microsoft’s goals, including co-selling, co-marketing, and joint solution development
- Lead quarterly business reviews and executive alignment meetings with Microsoft counterparts
- Drive pipeline and revenue through joint field engagement and enablement across sales, customer success, and solutions engineering teams
- Launch and support joint offerings and reference architectures integrating Neo4j and Microsoft (e.g., Fabric)
- Track, measure, and report on joint sales activity, wins, and impact
- Work closely with Neo4j’s sales, marketing, product, and partner engineering teams to ensure alignment and execution of the Microsoft partnership plan
- Collaborate with Microsoft partner marketing to drive awareness, thought leadership, and demand generation campaigns
- Coordinate with product and engineering teams on technical integration roadmaps and support co-development of solutions such as Graph + GenAI, Graph Data Science with Microsoft Fabric
- Own partner governance, documentation, and tracking in CRM and alliance management systems
- Act as an internal advocate for Microsoft-related sales opportunities, escalations, and initiatives
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in strategic alliances, business development, or partner management within enterprise software
- Strong understanding of the enterprise technology stack and partner go-to-market strategies globally
- Proven track record of growing and managing global technology alliances with measurable business impact
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, highly matrixed organization
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and executive relationship management skills
- Experience working with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ISV/channel partners is a plus
