About the role

  • Be the "approachable" C-Suite point person and know the pulse of the organization
  • Provide support for our CTO and CFO including complex international calendar management and scheduling; in-person and virtual meeting coordination and follow-up
  • Proactively communicate with executive and leadership teams and stakeholders and our board of directors regarding our organization’s calendar and required activities & timelines
  • Orchestrate & oversee logistics and support for executive events with internal and external participants
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company organizational structure and business initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of related administrative, operations and/or project management experience in a global team environment
  • 5+ years of previous experience supporting C-Level executives and/or 3+ years of experience supporting a C-suite executive
  • Ability to develop strong and trusting relationships and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders and personalities
  • "White glove" service level approach required as someone often on the front line representing the company
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to take initiative, problem solve, multitask and prioritize
  • High level of professionalism, diplomacy, tact and discretion
