About the role
- Design, build, and maintain reporting frameworks that track PLG funnel performance from awareness and sign-up through activation, conversion, and expansion.
- Deliver actionable insights and dashboards to Marketing and Product leaders to optimize user acquisition and engagement.
- Monitor performance trends, diagnose drivers behind KPIs, and provide regular readouts to executive stakeholders.
- Analyze web, search, and digital marketing data to grow user acquisition and demand generation.
- Analyze user behavior and lifecycle data to identify friction points, growth levers, and opportunities to improve conversion and retention.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to design experiments and measure the impact of self-serve growth initiatives.
- Provide analytical input for quarterly and annual GTM planning, including forecasting, pipeline modeling, and budget allocation.
- Develop frameworks to evaluate marketing program performance and ROI, informing resource prioritization and experimentation strategy.
- Support executive decision-making with data-driven narratives that link marketing activity to revenue impact.
- Define the data requirements, taxonomy, and instrumentation needed to measure PLG marketing impact effectively.
- Partner with Product Analytics to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accessibility across systems.
- Build frameworks to quantify the incremental impact of PLG marketing tactics across acquisition channels and product surfaces.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA, MSc) is a plus.
- 6+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, consulting, or marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in an analytics-focused role.
- Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Proven track record in defining, outlining, and delivering analytical projects with high complexity.
- Strong knowledge of analytics tools and marketing data platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
