About the role
- Manage and cultivate relationships with Portuguese-speaking VIP customers (Brazilian market focus)
- Build and nurture strong relationships with VIP customers, ensuring exceptional service and support
- Proactively engage with VIP customers to understand their needs, preferences, and goals
- Provide tailored recommendations and personalized offers to VIP customers to maximize satisfaction and loyalty
- Act as the main point of contact for VIP customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver VIP experiences, including event invitations, special promotions, and bespoke rewards
- Monitor and analyze VIP customer activity and behavior to identify opportunities for engagement and retention
- Work closely with the VIP team to develop and execute strategies for VIP customer acquisition and retention
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in VIP account management
Requirements
- Fluent in both Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in VIP account management or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive insights
- Experience in the iGaming or related industry is a plus
