About the role
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the affiliate program and maximize revenue.
- Manage relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring they have the tools and resources to succeed.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance, ensuring positive ROI and achieving KPIs.
- Oversee and manage CPA and RS (Revenue Share) affiliate models, adjusting commission structures as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, analytics) to align affiliate campaigns with overall business objectives.
- Negotiate and structure competitive deals to incentivize affiliate growth and performance.
- Keep updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices in affiliate marketing.
- Attend industry events and conferences to establish new partnerships and strengthen existing relationships.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and responsible gaming guidelines
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or related performance-based roles.
- Fluency in Russian and English (written and spoken).
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., GA, BI dashboards).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience working with performance metrics and reporting tools.
- Willingness and ability to travel (conferences, industry events)
- Experience with media buying will be a plus
