Requirements

  • 7+ years of direct-to-consumer sales experience (door-to-door, mobile sales, credit card or financial product sales preferred)
  • 7+ years of proven management and leadership experience
  • A high level of training and coaching proficiency
  • Possesses a strong, existing network of high-performing sales representatives suitable for representing Neo Financial.
  • Proven ability to drive profitability and manage performance across multiple locations.
  • Strong understanding of and experience in managing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
