Requirements
- 7+ years of direct-to-consumer sales experience (door-to-door, mobile sales, credit card or financial product sales preferred)
- 7+ years of proven management and leadership experience
- A high level of training and coaching proficiency
- Possesses a strong, existing network of high-performing sales representatives suitable for representing Neo Financial.
- Proven ability to drive profitability and manage performance across multiple locations.
- Strong understanding of and experience in managing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
