About the role

  • Drive revenue growth by developing and implementing sales strategies to attract corporate clients
  • Build strong relationships with clients, negotiate contracts, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Develop and execute sales plans to increase occupancy and revenue through corporate bookings, group sales, and special events
  • Manage current accounts and ensure proper solicitation of the designated market
  • Attain personal booking goals and monitor production compliance
  • Secure a thorough understanding of hotel operations and negotiate profitable sales
  • Manage familiarization trips and site visits to nurture new business and highlight the unique features of the Resort
  • Solicit new business by resourcefully expanding account base; identifying and developing new markets; creating and executing innovative plans
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into bookings through cold calling, networking, and industry events
  • Serve as part of a broader sales network and organization
  • Attend important business networking events

Requirements

  • Strong organization and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills

  • Flexibility and adaptability in working in other key sales areas
  • Optimistic self-starter with a high degree of drive, motivation, and initiative
  • Fluent in the use and functionality of Delphi preferred
  • Ability to travel
