Key responsibilities & impact

Design robust solutions for complex projects and build scalable software applications powering new business initiatives
Write, test, and implement efficient, maintainable code meeting quality and performance requirements
Work within an Agile environment and adapt development efforts to evolving requirements
Manage projects from conception through deployment with minimal supervision, owning technical decisions and outcomes
Perform code audits, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the development lifecycle
Audit existing systems and identify optimization opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of related experience
Shipped production software in Python and Java
Strong technical competency
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar) and comfort integrating them into your workflow
Experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture
Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely
Ability to work both in a team and independently
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure
Good time management skills
Ability to adapt to change
