About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own CampusGuard’s partner ecosystem end-to-end
- Define the partner strategy and operating model
- Build and manage a prioritized partner portfolio
- Design and implement partner program mechanics
- Partner with Sales to identify partner-generated opportunities
- Support Sales through partner account mapping
- Plan and execute partner-related campaigns
- Manage partner-sourced motions and reporting
- Lead partnership business planning and negotiation
- Develop joint business plans with priority partners
- Build a partner performance system and executive reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years leading alliances/partnerships/channel initiatives
- Proven track record of building and scaling partner programs
- Demonstrated results driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline/revenue
- Experience with consulting firms and co-sell/co-delivery motions
- Background in negotiating partnership commercials
- Preferred: cybersecurity and/or IT services experience
- Preferred: familiarity selling into higher education and/or public sector
